Tell us a little about yourself. What should we know that isn't on your resume?
Describe a Moment where you had to over come a certain issues with management/ candidates? How did you solve them? What are the outcomes?
They asked me what I already knew about the company, and they wanted me to go over my resume in a pretty detailed fashion. They wanted to know if I had ever been around different types of people. They asked where I saw myself in about five years. They wanted to know about any previous work place challenges and how I overcame them.
