All the questions were technical asked and mostly it was related to my previous experience in the same field. it was done with very ease and clarity. I was given brief about the firm.

In initial screening we will know about the interest of job applicant and we have to find out weather he is seriously looking for a change. And rest of that will have the Technical Questions in the next rounds.
