Technical portion was about finding answers to few questions from raw data sheet that they sent me, and explaining how I found the info, no strict time limit and they even provided rough estimate on how big of a task (less than an hour) it would be beforehand.

The questions were basic. I remember these: "Why do you want to work for Konecranes?" "Why do you think you are qualified for this position?" "Do you have experience with overhead lift systems?" "Do you have experience with SAP or AutoCAD?" "Do you have any other questions?" Again, the difficulty in the questions came from the hurried, abrasive style of the recruiter. I would have all answers written out as to be unaffected by this.
