For the company I chose, it was a "basic" electronics and schematic reading test. I had previously been a supervisor for MANY years prior to this while in the Military so I was quite rusty and not expecting the test.
Step 1 was CCAT and personality test Step 2 was a questionnaire asking about my experience.

Nothing, very general questions about myself and what the company was about. I didn't like about the lack of communication between me and the recruiters. I talked to 2 recruiters which didn't respond to emails in a timely manner. The official interview took 2 weeks to be made.
