How do you handle a difficult situation with an irate customer. How do you handle this turn turn it around and what do you do if during the initial interaction you cannot?
Not able to talk specifics, but would say that they were left up to the interviewer and were quite creative. One had to do with writing, compiling, and executing a Java program in the terminal only (which I told them I've forgotten over the years). The point of the question was to see how I handled an unknown scenario.
