Describe your current job position
As I am an experienced professional and that too in a UOP licensed plant, they asked me a lot of operation and plant related questions.
How do you adapt your presentation style to multiple levels of an organization?
Asked about everything on my resume and how it would relate to the role. Not bad and expected. Included typical common behavioral questions.
When I asked about team culture, they said they value it a lot, yet didn't seem interested in getting to know me, my interests, or my personality outside what is directly applicable to answering customer feedback. In other words, I felt like they weren't looking for a coworker, but a worker.
What parts of this position might be challenging for you? Good question, but when trying to understand the role better, managers and reps mostly spoke about the positives of the roles and brushed over the negatives, not giving me a full sense of the role when answering questions
