As questions were based on my CV, answering was not difficult. The question i expected the interviewers to ask was why I did not pursue a higher position. This is also not a difficult question to answer and something I was very willing to explain. The interviewers were all open-minded and they understood my message clearly.

Most questions are easy and related to the position I was applying for. The most difficult ones are situational and they will test your critical thinking and problem solving skills.
There weren't really any unexpected questions, just a broad spectrum due to the nature of tech support. I know it's been said before but you definitely need to download the free copy of the software and muck around with it a bit before your interview.
