T here were around 6 rounds which took nearly two whole months to complete the entire process. Starting with online test. In online test - They asked Aptitude, English, Networking questions, product based questions The filtered candidates from Online Test received mail for the next level of interview in on premise after 2 weeks. This 2nd round was a descriptive round where we were given 4 topics based on which we had to write an essay within a stipulated time i.e: 1 hour. Based on the performance the candidates were filtered and the selected candidates were further divided into two batches based on their performance. The zoho team decided to skip 3rd round - Group Discussion for the 1st batch students based on their performance. I was in the 1st batch. 2nd batch students had group discussion were filtering was done. 1st batch candidates were asked to return back telling that they will be informed regarding the later rounds. 4th round was Telephonic Technical Interview which happened after a week. And the next was on premise interview which was totally from the resume and final round was package discussion with HR
