What was the hardest decision you made in your life?
In the second round I had to hold a 10-15 minutes long presentation with around 10 slides about any topic, designed in PowerPoint. Following the presentation I was asked to answer behavior-related questions with the STAR method. If you do a search on the internet, you'll find a list of possible questions easily. They were phrased similarly to these: Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills. They also asked me about how I deal with deadlines.
