Relevant question to such an interview process: How does any job applicant/candidate know that the confidential demographic info provided isn't peeked at by these recruiters who may actually harbor personal biases--regardless of any formal training to be more open-minded ? There is nothing in the current process. Demographic info needs to be collected AFTER an offer is made, not before--to keep procedural guidelines less prone to the personal biases of any individual. This situation is suspect that there may have been a particular bias going on.
