After reviewing test calls: What did you like about the process? What did you learn by watching the calls? What opportunities were missed by the coaches executing the calls? What would you change or do differently (provide at least 3)? Finally, take notes as if you were going to coach the Coach on the call on how to improve the result of their calls in the future.
