2nd stage technical test is easy. The question is asking about some development methodologies, asking to write some features. In 3rd stage interview, they asked about basic questions for BA and some general technical stuff. They also give some scenarios and check how would you handle as BA. In 4th stage assignment, give a system and ask to write project vision, feature list, diagram and SRS.
