An unexpected question was to discuss two decisions I made. One that was a bad choice, and one that was a great choice.
Owners questions were on point with what I do and we talked about past examples of my work. He worked unusually hard to paint me into a corner with his questions and catch me in any inconsistency he could imagine. I found him to be the very definition of nitpicking "to looking for small or unimportant errors or faults, especially in order to criticize unnecessarily"
