There were no real difficult questions as long as you had some basic windows knowledge.
The technical questions were run of the mill: Most system administrators familiar with Windows server 2008 and basic email experience would have no problems answering. Unexpected questions included strategies, integration of technology in the learning environment, dealing with school administrators, priorities, student information systems, and the politics of a school board.
The interview process was easy and thorough, as they were impressed with my qualifications and resume.
