Interview questions were mix both customer and behaviral question. In the second interview the IT manager asked technical questions like: How will you troubleshoot blue USB? How to troubleshoot mac hard drive? how to troubleshoot emails on the phone? You are just in a hallway and director said not he is not receiving emails on his phone, then someone from admin team called you and said their printer is not working, at last you received another call from the store saying they have no internet at the store. How will you prioritize? How to troubleshoot if someone says I can't log in to the computer? There were also questions related to customer service as well.
A question came up in the panel interview about volunteering, I have no issue with volunteering which I have been doing on regular basis for the last 20 years, but what does that have to do with the IT Specialist position??? It is not in the Job requirements.

Also threw in one that gauged how you follow company policy, departmental fiscal responsibility and how to turn down/say no to your fellow employee.
