What experience did I have with networking and servers? Was I okay with frustrated and upset clients? Was travel okay?
The interview was pretty typical fare. They cared more about personality fit than other places I've interviewed, but the tech questions were not difficult - they focused more on my decision making processes, preferred manager style, and the requirements of the job (lots of on call was required, and they were very up front about the schedule).
