She asked what salary I am expecting ..and I said the avg teller salary in my area...she said they are offering $ 9-10/hr
Some interviewers will actually have you role play. In my interview, I was required to pick up on cues from a customers and make a referral (offer a benefit). Be prepared to think on your feet and it wouldn't hurt to know a bit of what SunTrust has to offer.
They asked about scenarios, my experience, certain policies. They ask about difficult situations at previous jobs, etc.
