What would make you leave a job?
Talk about a time that you made a personal connection with a customer. What happened? Did you gain recognition from it?
Name a conflict you have had at a previous job and how you handled it.
All they asked us to do was name our greatest accomplishment, what we did to accomplish it, if we were rewarded or not, and what we learned from it. Use the STAR format and it's easy.
Name a time you had to deal with an angry customer
Did you ever handle an irate customer , if yes how and what did you do .. and what did you learn from the experience
Group Interview asks you to do an introduction of yourself and something about yourself. Later, they have three group questions where it asks you a customer service experience: situation, how you resolved it, and if you received credit for it. Goal/Sales Met: what you did, how you achieved your goal, and if you received credit, and lastly, Any achievements you made at your job, what did you do, and how did you received the credit for it.
