Technical Panel asked me 3 technical question, which some how he just managed going through my CV. It looked like he came across the term App-V,Sequencer , Shims for the first time. I answered all questions. I have 6+ years of experience as of now and the questions didn't look for L3 level guy. Next Question "Why I scored just 63.7 % in my graduation?" (Are you hiring a fresher?I have 6 + years experience in the technology) He assumed "NightLife" to be the reason for it...LOL. Note :- The guy who was interviewed before me was from SAP basis technology and he told me that guy before him in the interview was form Linux,. Result:- Rejected. Not even moved to HR. It was similar to that, Your Biology Copy was evaluated by History teacher
