I was asked by the interviewer about my expected date to start the job and the expected salary. He also wonder if I could be patient because I am overqualified. I think this was referred to the salary and low responsibility of the position despite my high level of academic background. At the beginning I wanted to give it a try for this position but the management was worried to accept me as part of new team due to this reason.
