Numerical Assessment has quick math questions. i.e. (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, .etc ) Phone Interview is not too bad. Just be prepared to talk about yourself and your college/major and why trading Personality Quiz is pretty simple, just don't mark anything that will pose a red flag. Technical Interview is the tough one. Review how to expectation (EV) and variance/std deviation. The questions are pretty intense, and are mostly probability games like drawing tickets from a box / drawing cards from a deck
