no typical questions such as 'tell me about yourself', 'strength and weakness'. I was ask about what do I know about management trainee position in Public Bank, perhaps to see my effort on research. Then mostly they were asking about what kind of job i would prefer doing, such as working at branches for daily operation or working in HQ for admin type of position. I was also given a scenario regarding loan evaluation field, 'what if a hawker that does not have steady income and have no credit background would like to apply loan from the bank, how would you evaluate the applicant?', more and more questions came to me following each of my answer. That was a little intense I have to say.
