The manager will have you write an example workout for a made up client with certain criteria then have you explain it and take them through a few of the exercises on the gym floor.
Again, my very brief meeting was with a regional manager and there are only three of those to my understanding. He was professional and the dynamic was more conversational than direct question based. He seemed to be more taken with my background and my choice to leave a lucrative sales career. I had been a level 5 trainer for Lifetime already and did well, so my background in sales had already proved to be an asset and clearly it was a career I was interested in continuing. The second interview was in a group of us who made it past the initial meeting. It was broken down into several parts. There’s much that I could add on this, but they seemed to focus in on the my experience and leadership as threatening.
