When you interview for this position, the interviewer will be primarily concerned with your ability to design unique, effective training programs that can be used to bring employees up to speed with new work processes. You may also be asked about your proficiency in computer programs that are essential for instruction, such as Microsoft Powerpoint."

Q: Assume you want to get from city A to city B. There are three roads you can choose uniformly from. However only one road leads actually to city B, which takes 2 hours. The other two roads end up in city A again and both are 1 hour long. Given that you don't know which road you took, If you return to city A (i.e. you have to choose uniformly a road again), what is the expected time to get to city B?

There were no questions during the applications process.
First ten minutes in the building an HR Generalist went through resume asking for each job in the past ten years, would this employer rehire you, were you ever disciplined for behavior issues? how much notice did you give when you left? This takes place in a public area where others are meeting, then again the same questioning is done in front of the hiring manager. Whatever you do, DO NOT joke or use humor. They take this very seriously in a negative way.
