When you interview for this position, the interviewer will be primarily concerned with your ability to design unique, effective training programs that can be used to bring employees up to speed with new work processes. You may also be asked about your proficiency in computer programs that are essential for instruction, such as Microsoft Powerpoint."

Interview began with an introduction of me and my background. Standard HR questions, Why do you want to be an instructor with AA etc. Technical questions were scenario based instructor questions. "The difference between a procedure and a technique?" Brief a Jepp approach plate was listed in the task for the interview but I was not asked to do that in the interview.
