The first interviewer also explicitly stated that perhaps I was not a good fit. Okay then, but then the interview continued and I was provided with a business card that, as mentioned earlier, bore a name which resembled neither the name I was given over the initial phone contact nor the name that was on the sign of the building.
There weren't really any questions, just a review of my resume.

Conversational, none really stood out. Questions about how you handle diversity. The implication that African American women may be difficult to work with....
Oddly detailed questions and looking for information you would generally only get once you hire someone. I’d be careful about sharing your ideas with these people.

Basic online assessment of would-you-rather type questions and then a bunch of nonsense puzzles and word games, then some story problems
