Most of the time when I get an interview with a company, they will ask me to prepare a deck for training and ask me to demonstrate a training for a short class. But here they just ask out of nowhere. I didn't prepare myself that much but I still go with it anyway.

How do you handle disciplinary issues? This should have been a red flag. Operations training in this company is like training junior high and high schoolers who do not know how to behave. You spend more time disciplining people than training them. As a result, training in this company is extremely stressful to say the least.

My experience with adult learning
Typical behavioral stuff, "tell me about a time when you..." etc. Lots of questions about classroom management. They train large groups of contact center staff, so the team looks for the ability to connect with people and handle difficult personalities with grace.
