One of the questions the VP asked was about the cultural difference between the country I originate from and USA. I responded with my comparison of the corporate culture thinking societal culture is of no relevance during a professional interview but I was told later he wanted to know about societal culture and that is the response he didn't like. My response was I did not see any difference. Manifestation of apprehensive leadership.
