I was asked many questions. All seemed to be very well-prepared, focused and onpoint. I thought the interview went great and we all made good connections. I was looking forward to working there. During this interview, they made a BIG point about the process would not be a quick one. I told them that was ok. We discussed I would be going out of state on vacation the next several days. I was gone When I returned, I had a voicemail from a different HR rep from only 2 days prior to my return. In it, she asked me to come in for a 2nd interview. I tried to return the call twice and no one answered or returned my messages. I emailed my original HR contact to express my continued interest in the position opportunity and to let her know I"d tried to contact the other HR person (her boss). She emailed me back to say they'd already found the perfect candidate and extended him an offer. (So apparently they WERE in a much bigger hurry than they told me and weren't going to be as thorough in screening to find that perfect candidate than they'd told me they would be.) This is VERY POOR FORM and really left a bad taste in my mouth about working for this company. Doubt I would ever apply for any position there again after this.
