It wasn't actually the questions that were difficult, but rather completing all the paperwork and training, since the work location is in Minneapolis and the office is in Bemidji. If you can't attend the one training day, they're not all that imaginative about ways to exchange the necessary information and forms.

If you were falling behind on projects that you are working on, what steps would you take?
They asked me question based on team handling, Trade experience, Experience of SAP etc. it was more business related question. Interviewer was very polite and humble person.
