Can you walk us through your favorite project and your design decisions behind it? How do you work with cross-functional teams like developers, product managers, and marketers? How do you stay updated on the latest design trends and tools?
Interview was started with describing about profile and development experience etc. One person is from technical side and another person is from management side. I had undergone system testing and peer review part. I can say, team evaluated on both technical and lead point of view in a single shot.
What rules do you use in your design?
They asked a lot about design theory and front end code styling to test my knowledge in these areas. Also many questions were focused on what I'd do in certain scenarios.
