About performance optimization, security and most importantly tried to cover up the glassdoor review by saying that we are a startup and work hard, even over the weekends. Everyone including the CTO was trying to do so, so that one should get a feeling that the glassdoor reviews were just a reflection of the way they work and people those have posted the reviews did not wanted to work hard. Instead of that they should have given a reason that we are a startup and trying to improve on the feedback and open for any feedback

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
In F2F round: Very elementary level questions. For Lead positions, they are asking really simple and basic questions. Will not advice good candidate to waste the time with this kind of peoples. Really nothing more has to share about this company. If CTO, CEO are seeing this review. Do pulse check of your company. Hire some good developers with proven records else very soon funding will be over. Just one sample from the questions: ____________________________ for (var i=0;i<10;i++){ console.log(i); (function(){ console.log(i); })(); } ------------------- in his opinion output should be 10 from both logs in each loop count.
