How do you handle a self-employed borrower
Most of the questions follow the format of "Tell me about a time when....". They focus on conflict resolution & also ask the basic questions of why you think you would excel at the job or what your greatest weakness is.
I felt they were fairly rote interview questions, all people I spoke to read questions from a list- most were run of the mill questions- "Tell me about a time you were frustrated in your past employment, how did you handle it?"
