How did you hear about iCIMS and this position?
It's been a little while, but I believe some of the tough questions were surrounding internal names for design practices that weren't common to me.
Design an app for this store. Describe a conflict you had and what what the result. How would you approach this problem. What questions would you ask in this situation. Tell me about something you are not good at.
Design a digital experience for a service/retail store. All of the behavioral questions revolve around the Amazon leadership principles, so be familiar with those.
STAR method. Compress your entire life into a STAR answer. "Tell me about a time when you made a good decision, but later realized it was a bad decision, and everyone on the team agreed with you first, but then later disagreed with you, yet you stuck with it, and you were wearing a yellow t-shirt when you did it. 20 seconds - go!
