I signed an NDA so I can't give specifics but be prepared for a few on-the-spot design exercises. One pair didn't do the design exercise properly because they picked a project that one of the guys had actually done at a previous company which creates an un-level playing field. It creates an atmosphere of needing to read his mind instead of simulating an actual brainstorming session which those exercises are suppose to do.
No difficult/unexpected questions, all the questions were very general: working experience, skills, compensation... Then I did a design assignment for them, NEVER heard back after my design assignment
They were late for the interview and disorganized. Seemed like no one liked each other.
