Typical questions were asked about personality, work experience, problem-solving approaches, and past challenges. There was also a personality assessment and logical and reasoning tests. The most challenging yet rewarding part was the business case. Although I was aware that my input could potentially be used "for free", the main focus of the discussion felt genuine and the atmosphere was open and friendly.

I wish I could remember the individual questions, but the nearly traumatic process is all that stayed in my mind. The questions were appropriate but disjointed, because so many people were speaking. I had to turn my thinking from one area to another repeatedly for the hour
