Having to do a basic math quiz before the interview was very strange. This quiz is essentially meaningless since they'll pretty much hire anybody. I "passed" the quiz, yet some other guy who failed it was still hired an training alongside me, therefore supporting its uselessness.

How would I deal with a customer who is upset over a financial issue regarding their insurance.
The exam was terrible - totally does not reflect actual ability.

No really strange or unexpected questions - one from CEO was "If someone said your name to me what's the first thing you would want to come to mind about you"
