The process was easy, a phone interview was set up within 2 weeks of sending my resume. The woman I spoke with was in Human Resources, very nice and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable.

The hiring process was so different but rewarding at the same time. The interview process started with a phone interview with the talent management specialist who is amazing! She makes you feel so welcome! You then take a PI “quiz” that is indescribable but very interesting once you get your results. It is basically a personality test that guides them in the selection process based on “standards” for each position. I then had another phone interview with the manager of the CSM team, which then lead to an in person interview with the talent management specialist, the manager, and the coo. After my in person interview I had a follow up phone interview with the manager to discuss some follow up items from the in person interview which was greatly appreciated and allowed for some additional information. The office is very comfortable and modern. Everyone is so friendly and positive. The energy in the office is like no other that I have experience!

The interview process was very thorough. I met with several members of the organization which allowed me to get a well rounded picture of the company. The process took several weeks however my HR point of contact kept me updated along the way.
