Requested a hypothetical outline about how I would deal with a particular situation related to my previous position.
They gave me a software quiz that was quite easy. HR was VERY boring to listen to. I did not feel that they understood anything. It was as if they printed a generic script from the internet and didn't care at all to be original.

generic behavioral. 2nd interview was generic too. very focused on past experience. won't ask you curve ball questions. know your resume. Try to gain experience through internship. conversions through co-ops and internships are very very high.
