One question that everyone asked was my comfort level with performing skills in front of client as they are an open concept hospital.
None of the questions were difficult. Pretty basic.
Behavioral interviewing. Be prepared to discuss you stregths and weaknesses and apply the to imaginary scenarios. This company apparently loves role playing.
What are the skills that I currently have that make me a good candidate for the position
No difficult question at all, only the general questions like why would you like to work at banfield, one difficult customer how did you solved it etc..
