Some interviews were very dynamic, mostly like conversations to get to know the candidate and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Others followed a more traditional format with prepared questions asking about past situations and how you handled them.
What did you like the most and the least about your last Veterinary Clinic?
One of the questions was how you dealt in a group setting and compassion fatigue.
All the questions that were asked from the phone interview to the face to face were behavioral based questions. " Tell me about a time you went against company policy, what did you do and how did you handle it?"
