I don't really remember any questions in particular but they were all basic questions you would expect, nothing out of the box.
They asked me what my role is when I'm working in a team and what I'd be able to contribute as a team player.
All questions were pretty standard and within reason of what you would expect for an unpaid internship position. They did ask me to explain why the internship would be valuable to me (as I was a graduate student at the time with several years of private sector work experience). That was a bit of a surprise for me, but not really hard to answer, the job market being what it is and the fact that it is difficult to get employment at a non profit with no non profit experiencce.
They asked why visitor experience is important to the museum and how you would make it better.
