Had a written exercise which seemed designed to explore my vision for the property and to provide some discussion points for the interview. I was asked a series of questions asking me for examples of when: I had shown effective leadership, team leadership, excellent customer service, given constructive feedback to someone etc Interview was scripted with each interviewer taking turns.

There have been many changes in NT and many people are in roles that they did not necessary plan and change has been difficult. How would you deal with that? (This was not a management role so totally in appropriate question that just portrayed how unhappy the staff are at this venue).
Team activities and questions. - Firstly we had to chat with the person next to us, and after a few moments we had to tell the rest of the group their name and something interesting about them. - Our knowledge of the National Trust was tested as well as knowledge of the history of the specific site we were appyling to work at.
