The Leadership are highly skilled communicators (deep practical knowledge in Human Development & Behavioral Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic programming, etc., therefore, it was difficult to "catch" a specific question during the interview process. "What is your passion and how do you regularly demonstrate it?"
