Things take a long time to resolve, solve, or implement. How would you improve this?
The company values DEIB. They asked about my experience with DEIB and fostering employee engagement. They also asked about my experience with change management. It also sounds like there is a potential merger in the works of the NYC and CO-based teams, so they asked about how I would align the two teams, policies, etc. Seems like a cool company. The salary was low for the qualifications and especially being based in NYC.
About my experience, why I want to join the company, how my skillset fit, and what they were looking for in the role—very open and relaxed interviews.
Questions were really junior to what I would have expected for this level or role. I.e. tell me about a time when you managed change.
