Did ANYONE even get to interview?
There were multiple take-home assignments but are extremely easy for anyone with actual experience in building out internal data architecture but time consuming. The actual interview questions were either very basic high level questions about building ELT processes for fairly non-technical analysts/data scientist stakeholders or some flavor of "how would hire a diverse team".
What are your strengths and weaknesses
Infra and Application Support,Individual contributions, Team handling, Production,Websphere, Unix,JAVA etc.
The interview pretty much followed my resume explaining the transitions from position to position. There were no specific technical questions or no indication of what they were really looking for. Very generic interview.
Q: Technical business / product knowledge and skills related questions. No situational questions.
Core Java, typical questions we can find everywhere over internet.
