The interview questions were geared more towards an entry level, early to mid career position. Not a senior role. Interviewers did not seem prepared.
Considering the amount of time allocated, these interviews were more or less high-level chats that briefly touched on the role and lacked much substance. Perfunctory "walk me through your CV" should perhaps be expected...
