The interview questions were the same old questions you would get elsewhere. Where have you worked? Why did you leave this job or that? What are your strengths or weaknesses? She asked me absolutely nothing I haven't been asked before a hundred times. What she however, did not ask was how can you be an asset to this company? There was no talk of how wine or spirits, the importance of upselling, the importance of team work or of what I think constitutes good service. I think they made a mistake in not hiring and if they don't recognize talent when they see it- I may have dodged a bullet. I will keep looking.
