It was a Group Interview which included paperwork and the administration and collection of a nostril swab drug test. It was held in a hotel meeting room. Despite the atmosphere, I was impressed with the structure, effective communication style of facilitator and amount of details covered.
Just take a test after information is given during a group presentation. Then they see how you handle their company's way of working as a Stower by handling a pallet jack, stowing items and everything goes by TAC time and they measure your speed. TAC time is important to be fast and make no mistakes because they know when you are moving fast or slowing down while working as a Stower. And remember ROBOTS.
