Why did I wish to leave my current job?
Experience and fabrication tools used. Basic stuff that was listed on my resume. Don't think they read my resume at all. Shop foreman told me turnover is high (red flag). After I had the interview I asked around about the company and heard a few negative comments. They don't pay well. Didn't accept the offer.
If you had to run a hot job that's due soon but your work tools were in substandard condition. what would you do? run the job and take a chance? or notify your supervisor?
Questions about experience and mostly yourself as a person. They don’t seem to care about any formal training and want very specific things.
Basically just looked over my resume and didn't ask me any specific question. He just shot the breeze with me. Easiest interview I ever had.
